Cancellations

Occasionally unavoidable circumstances require either you, our client, or us to cancel a shuttle.  To avoid possible misunderstandings regarding deposits and/or pre-payments in such circumstances here is our policy regarding such.

All deposits and/or pre-payments are non-refundable effective 01MAY2015 regardless of circumstance(s).  This includes multi-shuttle arrangements.  Should you need to reschedule an arranged shuttle we will work with you to the best of our ability to accommodate the change, however we offer no guarantee alternate arrangements will be possible.

In the event we find out we will be unable to provide a scheduled shuttle because of some unavoidable difficulty on our end we will issue credit for the amount(s) received for the affected shuttle(s) toward your next hike’s shuttle.  Should this occur we will, if you wish, attempt to find another shuttle service in the area of the intended pickup to provide your transportation at the date/time originally scheduled.

Should we make arrangements with you to provide transportation for a 3rd party who is expected to pay for our services upon pickup, and that 3rd party cancels the scheduled shuttle or fails to pay as expected, then you will be responsible for the lost payment.

These policies are in effect because we have blocked off time in our schedule to accommodate the shuttle you have arranged, thus causing us to turn down other hikers who request our services during the same time period you requested thus making us unavailable to others who are/were in need of our services and creating a lack of income on our part for a time period that otherwise would have been productive.

As with any of our policies regarding shuttles please feel free to contact us via email or by clicking on the “Contact Us” Link at the top of each page for clarification.
